Every Neelo piece is made to order in Portugal and ships within 6 weeks of your order. We'll email you the moment it's on its way.

Once dispatched:

• European Union — 2–5 working days. €10, free on orders over €500.
• United Kingdom & Switzerland — 3–7 working days. €30. Local duties and taxes may apply on delivery.
• Rest of world (incl. United States & Australia) — 5–10 working days. €30. Local duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

All orders are tracked.

Returns

We accept returns of full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, unworn, with tags attached. Because each piece is made for you, we ask that you choose thoughtfully — our sizing guide and our inbox are both at your service before you order.
