Many of our pieces are made to order — produced in small batches, only once we know exactly what is needed. No excess. No waste. Just the right amount, made carefully, for the women who asked for it.
When you reserve a piece, you are not waiting for something to arrive from a warehouse. You are commissioning something to be made. That is a different thing entirely.
How it works
You reserve your piece now, during the open window.
Once the window closes, production begins at our atelier in Portugal. You will hear from us as it progresses — a note when cutting begins, an update when your piece is on its way. Not automated emails. Actual news from the studio.
Your order will be dispatched between early September and mid-October. We will confirm your exact window as soon as we know it.
Why reserve rather than wait?
Because the pieces we make this way are not restocked. When the window closes, it closes. If you have been considering something, this is the moment.
You also get complimentary shipping. And the quiet satisfaction of knowing nothing was made unnecessarily — least of all yours.
A few practicalities
Payment — Full payment is taken at the time of reservation. This is what allows us to produce without waste and without guessing.
Returns — Because each piece is made specifically for you, reserved pieces are final sale. If something is genuinely wrong when it arrives, contact us within seven days and we will find a way through it together.
