How does pre-order work?

Each piece is made for you in Portugal after you order. You pay today; your piece ships within 6 weeks. No warehouses, no overproduction — just your piece, cut when you choose it.

When will my order arrive?

Made-to-order pieces ship within 6 weeks of your order. Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–5 working days within the EU and 5–10 working days internationally. You'll receive tracking the moment your piece leaves Portugal.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide. Shipping within the EU is free on orders over €500. Orders outside the EU may attract local duties and taxes, payable on delivery — these are the recipient's responsibility.

Can I return a made-to-order piece?

Yes. Full-priced items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, with tags attached — see our Return Policy for the details.

What are the pieces made of?

Pure silk, chosen for how it travels: light, breathable, resistant to creasing, elegant at dinner and easy in transit. Fabric details are on every product page.

How do I care for silk?

Gently. Cool hand wash or dry clean, never wring, dry flat away from direct sun, and iron inside-out on low while slightly damp. Treated well, silk outlasts trends by decades.
